Pros
TEL equipment is good and very competitive. Contracts are somewhat stable and has some security as long as you don't make mistakes.
Cons
Mass exodus of qualified FSEs are replaced by questionable employees. Mistakes by new employees are handled by making the few experienced employees do most of the work. TEL is not the company it once was. They used to take care of it's employees and now tell us how replaceable we are.
