Pros
- Supervisor embodied the principles of How to Win Friends and Influence People better than anyone I'd ever met - A lot of it is low stress, easy work - Most people seem happy to work here - If the semiconductor industry interests you, this could be a great next step.
Cons
- The 48 Laws of Power was recommended to me for internal advancement. That makes sense here - Openness of communication could be improved - Japanese generally work harder and Americans seem to take this for granted, or even count on it. - It was hierarchial in a weird way where senior members would patronize and assert dominance by belittling teammates ideas
