      Pros

      My experience was at a US branch but everyone was friendly, pretty laid back. Work was very interesting as most of it was cutting edge technology.

      Cons

      If a tool was down hours could be very long - 12-16 hour days, but this is pretty standard in the industry.

      Good work-life balance with long weekends. Good pay.

      Cons

      The management used to allow more individual autonomy and respect the workers. This is sharply trending toward no longer being the case whatsoever in the last year.
