Dull design inside the office - think 1980's cubicles, old-school mentality in regards to working from home (Covid-19 has changed this some), at times feels very political ("who you know"), rely heavily on contract workers (who do not receive the above benefits), very conservative atmosphere regarding appearance (covered tattoos, natural hair, business casual)
