Easy working life but low salary

Friendly and supportive colleagues. Clean toilets, transport allowance and company transport. Good benefits and bonuses if you are converted to perm staff. Possible to stay and work long if you are not under HR's mgmt.

HR mgr and senior admin failed to say that this position need to prepare coffee and serve to guests at times, need to mail stuff for HR/Finance after work, shutoff lights /appliances after everyone leave office, lock main door and meeting rooms , even though i enquired about the details for ad hoc duties during interview. Micromanagement and being watched all the time by HR mgr, senior admin and finance staff. No trust and false accusations even when i did my job. Even need to get approval to dispose of several expired coffee sachets in pantry a little too ridiculous. Basically, self initiative not encouraged, have to follow instructions to do most things.
