Pros
company culture allows for exploration, lax occupational boundaries, fully remote for adequate pay, appreciative management, a lot of blockchain giants to learn from despite being a small company
Cons
there's a few management bad apples, business model is quite far from fruition (although on the horizon). everyone is working remotely so there's little off-work interaction.
