In the beginning, it was a familiar environment because it's a small company with small teams. The hierarchy is very simple, the owners were the managers and area coordinators, so I only had one boss/chief.

A lot of cons: small company, lack of principles with its employes, favoring employes for the wrong reasons (not professional ones), saying no to your boss meant being punished, You had to be willing to do all sorts of work, not only the one you were qualified to do....

Most of the colleagues are nice and professional

Some of the middle management and the owners are terrible. From their point of view you have to do all kind of work even if you are not qualified. Saying no and trying to explain your point of view is like going against the company and because of that you are punished. The career evolution is a joke( some employees are favored for the wrong reasons and others are punished even when all the objectives are accomplished).
