Thank you for your feedback regarding the time you worked at Toho. We are a small growing company with many opportunities. I do want to correct some of the comments you made regarding our benefits. We are happy to offer benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(K) with company contribution, and paid sick and vacation days. We also have paid time off for standard US holidays and Toho exclusive holidays. Compensation packages are competitive and include bonus and incentive consideration. Here at Toho, our core values are, Tenacity, Integrity, Professionalism, and Passion. All employees, including executive management, strive to live out these values every day. When we fall short, we are free to call each other out in a professional way and we admit when we fall short and seek to help the team do better. I do appreciate your compliment of our office.
