Pros

This company is going through a big transformation right now which a lot of people are excited about and some not as much. The entire c-suite is new so earlier reviews (before 2026) might not reflect how the business feels today. I joined about 6 months ago and have really enjoyed it. There's a strong focus on going back to Product Management best practices and taking care of the customer in ways that had been neglected for some time. There's investment being made on hiring the right people and bringing in the right tools to support this transformation, which doesn't always happen. There's new processes being added so that we all feel like one company swimming in one direction vs 20 different little companies living on their own island, and there's a ton of upside that comes from that. As someone who is part of rolling out these changes I expected a lot of pushback given the degree of upheaval this entailed, but many people have some to me saying this is the kind of thing they've been waiting for for the last couple years which has been really gratifying. We're also doing a lot with AI to accelerate our work which has been great training and also a lot of fun to see how much faster we can go to deliver value to our customers.

Cons

There's a lot of change so you have to be ready to embrace it and roll with it. We're undertaking a lot of big projects right now so it can feel like a lot of keep up with and I think many of us feel like we're barely keeping our head above water. There's also a lot of damage to repair from years of bad practices and disengaged leadership so there's no shortages of problems to solve and "what in the world" moments. There's been a lot departures and arrivals which I honestly think is for the best, people are self-selecting out as they see things shift or people that shouldn't be in seat are finally let go. There's a lot of great talent coming in that I think will help us all level up together, but I know it can feel jarring and disruptive at the same time.

Thank you for this perspective. We appreciate team members who are rolling up their sleeves to help drive this transformation. Breaking down silos and moving as one company creates real upside, and we know the work is intense. Thanks for being part of it!

Pros

Great leadership who empowers their teams. Willing to try new things and push the limits. Hiring excellent people in their respective areas ready to effect positive change. Tons of opportunity both within the products themselves and the organization. Genuinely kind people who want to work together to help our customers.

Cons

Previous leadership de-invested in the products for years, so we are now digging out of holes. Customer frustration and lack of trust due to previous lack of investment is an uphill climb to turn around.

Pros

I’ve genuinely enjoyed my time at Togetherwork. The people are supportive, approachable, and willing to help each other succeed. Even in a remote environment, I’ve felt connected to my team and valued and supported under the current leadership team. My manager has been a tremendous resource, providing guidance, encouragement, and opportunities for professional growth. One thing that stands out is the company’s willingness to invest in employees and provide opportunities to learn new skills, take on additional responsibilities, and explore areas of interest outside of your day-to-day role. The flexibility, work-life balance, and benefits are also major positives. It’s a place where hard work is recognized and where employees are trusted to do their jobs well.

Cons

The company has undergone significant change over the past few years, and periods of transformation can be challenging for employees to navigate. Changes in processes, priorities, and organizational structure have required teams to adapt quickly, which hasn't always been easy. While change can create uncertainty in the moment, many of these efforts have been positive from a broader organizational perspective. Today, the company benefits from strong leadership, a clear vision, and a focus on continuous improvement, which has helped create positive momentum for the future.
