Previous leadership de-invested in the products for years, so we are now digging out of holes. Customer frustration and lack of trust due to previous lack of investment is an uphill climb to turn around.

I’ve genuinely enjoyed my time at Togetherwork. The people are supportive, approachable, and willing to help each other succeed. Even in a remote environment, I’ve felt connected to my team and valued and supported under the current leadership team. My manager has been a tremendous resource, providing guidance, encouragement, and opportunities for professional growth. One thing that stands out is the company’s willingness to invest in employees and provide opportunities to learn new skills, take on additional responsibilities, and explore areas of interest outside of your day-to-day role. The flexibility, work-life balance, and benefits are also major positives. It’s a place where hard work is recognized and where employees are trusted to do their jobs well.

The company has undergone significant change over the past few years, and periods of transformation can be challenging for employees to navigate. Changes in processes, priorities, and organizational structure have required teams to adapt quickly, which hasn't always been easy. While change can create uncertainty in the moment, many of these efforts have been positive from a broader organizational perspective.
