Pros
I have met some of the greatest people I have ever known working here. This is because everyone comes into this job with the same vision and the same goal. We want to make a better world for children in foster care.
Cons
The problem is even though everyone working for this company has the same vision, we can only take so much before the bullying and harassment from management becomes unbearable. This company has the potential to do amazing things for children who normally are neglected. The only thing standing in the way is the management of this company. My coworkers and I (most of which have since left the company) had to endure daily remarks, comments, and insults from the CEO. It is a very small office so any time we would be harassed by him it would be in front of the entire company. My coworkers and I would try our best to ignore him and focus on the true reason we were there but no matter how hard we worked we were never given any praise. Instead I had to answer to a boss who was clearly racist, sexist, and homophobic.
