Great Company, Awful Management - Anonymous employee Together We Rise Employee Review

The CEO is terrible. He is condescending, rude, makes awful remarks and comments that make almost everyone in the (small) office feel uncomfortable. There was a point where all of us employees felt unappreciated and neglected. It became the most hostile environment to work in simply because of the "leader" or lack of one. It is so disappointing that the high turn-over rate is because of the boss, not the actual job positions or responsibilities. Not to mention mediocre pay rate.
