      Met some nice people through this work.

      Cons

      Low pay. Irregular 5 week rotating shift system which meant that you couldn't plan a life outside of work. Manager had no clinical experience and this was reflected in how the service was run.

      Great Mission for kids and families.

      Cons

      Leadership is very inexperienced and have taken on too much to lead this organization to the success it should be able to obtain. A Masters in Public Administration isn't quite what you need to lead and be successful with a small nonprofit. Experience is key and the 2 leaders don't have it yet even though they are trying,
