Pros
There are some dedicated and hardworking individuals outside of the leadership team. It's a great environment to work with people who genuinely care about their craft. I was able to get a lot of meaningful work live, which felt rewarding.
Cons
Leadership is completely disconnected from the realities of the engineering work being done. Decisions are often made at the top without fully understanding the technical challenges on the ground, which leads to constant pivots and project delays. The company operates more like a sales organization than a tech company, with very little emphasis on engineering discipline or long-term planning. It's more about delivering features quickly, without considering the proper engineering processes or maintaining technical quality.
