As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at this company, I greatly appreciated the overall positive atmosphere and the friendly, supportive team. It was exciting to regularly implement state-of-the-art (SOTA) models in our products. The freedom to choose technologies and solutions was empowering. The minimal team calls allowed for focused task execution, which I found highly productive.

However, there was some disorganization in the repositories and data pipelines, understandable given our small team size and system complexity. Also, the Slack channel could be active outside working hours, typical in startup environments. Overall, it was a rewarding experience.
