      Proper impact-driven business. The cofounders really care about their people and work driving impact. Nice company culture, very flexible and high trust environment.

      Cons

      Often overworked but isn't every agency? Not a lot of career direction/opportunities - you have to design your own role.

      The team and people were the highlight, very smart and accommodating.

      Cons

      Hierarchy was counter intuitive. A lot of senior team members left during my time here.
