Pros
They have access to talented tech. people and have a decent tech offering. They tell a good story although it may be getting old. They try to staff appropriately.
Cons
They have no sense about how to treat people in general (employees and clients alike). A child will take its hand away from fire and hold its breath under water naturally. They have zero natural ability with people. Could just as easily fire you, call you great, or take away your raise. Accept a position...move your kids; sell your house and cap it all off with a pink slip.
