Pros
I learned a lot - I mean, a lot - working here. We had to learn quickly and "eat the complexity" for our clients. We had to be nimble and always searching. That was what made it special.
Cons
Our size was our biggest deterrent. The clients we had, with the exception of the primary significant project, were smaller, and it made it feel more like gig-work with a constant hustle.
