      Office space is nice As contracted worker pay is well Overall less ridged environment both in person and virtual

      High pressure and expectations - too much responsibility placed on one person or too small of teams. Need more people to balance work load/pressure

      Pros

      Talented team untuil management replaces them with yes men.

      Cons

      - Constant staff turn around, understaffed and unfulfilled promises. - management will literally refer to people as "resources" - underhanded practices that punish honest communication. - 0 career growth. They will dangle the incentive but never deliver
