Pros

I've been with Titus since 2010 and have been privileged to not only witness but be apart of the transformation of this fantastic company. Titus is an agile company whose entrepreneurial spirit and autonomous environment fosters and promotes innovation. As Jim Collins puts it, this company has gone from "good to great". Titus has been able to reinvent itself because of the openness and willingness of Scott Seefeld to listen to the ideas and recommendations of his people. Scott is the most humble and forgiving executive I've ever worked with.

Cons

Our training and onboarding experience definitely has to be improved however we are on our way towards making this happen. Also, due to the high level of autonomy that the company provides to its employees it is difficult to develop culture. However, we are in the process of bridging this gap through making extraordinary hires and providing some great tools to keep us connected.

Pros

Only pro would could be life work balance, but again, that depends on an individuals manager.

Cons

Management could promise the world but not deliver. At times work assignments were not in the area of a consultants experience, yet consultants were expected to complete their tasks despite their knowledge limitations and were reviewed as if they had the experience. Many times management was more focused on marketing additional services before they completed their current deliverables. As a consultant, company employees I would be working for would candidly express their displeasure with the Titus management. Management walked on water and the workers were left to sink.
