Pros

Work remotely. Customer Service Department and direct manager handles most emails and calls. Don't have to review documents or provide assistance with title clearance (it's done by the underwriter).

Cons

You're just a cog in the machine and they can do anything they want to you. Unless you're a prized employee, they'll put you to work in another state at a moment's notice and expect you to learn all the real estate laws quickly. Never mind that it's like starting a whole new job and it's not what you want to do. They're way of monitoring productivity is deeply flawed and a number of people find any way they can to cheat so they get bonuses and recognition.

Pros

Everyone is kind and helpful. Even though we’re remote, the team I work with has a tight bond. Always learning something new.

Cons

Training remotely made for a steep learning curve. But it worked out!

Pros

Steady work. Was able to work remotely.

Cons

Left because I could see the writing on the wall... they were prepped to farm everything out overseas despite receiving inferior product from them. Management in my department was abysmal after a longtime veteran manager left.
