Able to learn new skills and gain valuable experience to help me find better employment. Great transition job to get trained but plan on having to leave for better pay and better treatment.
Cons
Completely unprofessional environment, starting at the top and flows all the way down. HR tired of fielding complaints about managing partner and other supervisors.
