Pros

Occasionally could work from home when needed.

Cons

They promote an “attitude of gratitude,” “servant leadership” and “transparency” but don’t fall for it - it’s completely disingenuous. If you are ever struggling with anything (overwhelming stress, verbal and emotional abuse from another employee, witnessed unethical behavior) your concerns are either completely ignored, or flat out dismissed to your face. “You’re free to leave” was the response I received once. (Turned out to be great advice!) You can ignore most of the 5 star reviews - leadership was pressuring all of us to leave 5 star reviews and confirm with them once they were written (you’ll notice most of them are clustered around the same date) If respect, potential for growth, and working in a non-toxic environment are important to you, then don’t work here, no matter what they promise you. I lost count of the times I was promised something by a member of the C-suite and it never came to fruition (things like performance reviews, growth opportunities, etc).

Pros

My time with Title Alliance has given me something I never expected, a genuine love for my job. I think the best thing about working for the company is the devotion to their employees mental health and general wellbeing. There are great health care options, 401k, team building events, and more. The ranking members of the company do more than say they care, they implement strategies to make sure you know they care. My coworkers and myself have had multiple conversations and even shared meals with CEO Jim Campbell. Title Alliance has encouraged success in my professional and personal life and I feel very confident in saying it is a great place to build a career and make long lasting relationships. I feel heard and helped, and importantly to me, I feel that I am helping others. The 'TA Way' really says it all; Embrace Positivity, Do the Right Thing, Get Things Done, Have an Attitude of Gratitude, Be gracious, and Support Those Around You. That is exactly what I am experiencing as an employee of the company. If you are debating applying for a position, do it!

Cons

Everybody has days where they are unable to give their best, what is important is knowing others will be there to pick up the slack, and in my experience, there is always a helping hand when it is needed. Great company to work for, no detrimental cons to note.
