Falling apart structurally. No real health and safety. Car park is too busy. Held hostage by ducks at home time makes leaving on time impossible. Car park speed limit is 10mph and you're threatend with your job if do 11mph. Full of Eastern Europeans and South Asians. Nothing racist, just feel the tension in the divide.
