      Contract employees treated as W2. Owner is unprofessional, has no standards, rules, or respect for employees. Texts at all hours, only criticises and demeans employees. Rules out of fear and makes threats consistently. Makes inappropriate jokes and there are no guidelines or standards for operation.

      Senior Leadership listens to team's ideas and needs Flexible and fun work environment, not corporate and stuffy Encouraged to grow individually and take on new responsibilities Rewarded fairly and regularly for hard work Good blend of autonomy and teamwork

      Not for everyone- must manage your own desk and be proactive, business will not be handed to you
