      $20 sites sometimes available. Sometimes

      Cons

      Promised a site where $18 was gonna be my pay. It was on the offer letter..they realized they had given that position up. Gave me a site with $17 pay. Person at that position decided to stay so I had to work $14 sites until a new one was available.

      Pros

      Great instructors and administration, are blunt and to the point with things you need to improve or not do, accommodating to the best of their abilities.

      Cons

      Only cons are about renting/buying gear but that's mostly because some people from the past ruined it for everyone now.

      if you have a good boss who works with you its great

      Cons

      the moment you get a "no" type boss one who fights you on everything, it can be taxing. And you WILL get hit with getting stuck at work.
