Overtime and pressure - Payroll Assistant Titan Force Employee Review

nothing good because there are so many bad things in this company.

Over Micromanage!! What do you expect for had meeting after work hour? and after meeting, you need to stay up finish your task until midnight. And there is no pay for overtime!! very difficult for you to back to work ontime. All you need is stay up until 10/11 pm without any payment! And all task need boss approval, but boss always not in the office in the morning and they came late in the evening. So we need to wait for their approval and continue out work until midnight. VERY ABSURD!!

None i can think of

The turnover is too high due: 1. Bad managers that micromanage, uneducated and toxic. They have the worst time management. They came in to office late in the afternoon or evening and expect you to wait for them until late evening after making fake promises. 2. No benefit with low salary. They are extremely stingy with staff. 3. Ridiculous and messy sop with unnecessary steps and documentation for approval.
