1. Less salary but more work 2. Assembly and execution team suffers the most. Even female employees are made to work till 11 pm everyday 3. The R level managers only know to torture the subordinates to get their work done. They are inhumane. Never know their team's struggles and efforts 4. No work life balance - need to work like machines to deliver the machines 5. Even when u resign, though the notice period is 1 month, the manager will assign a different project , send u for commissioning to a faraway location wothiut any support and make u stay there for 2 months.. literally they make you cry..no smooth transition. 6. Always stress and no mental peace
