      Innovative people great in teamwork

      Cons

      I spent years at Titan building and contributing to the core foundation of the science of the work. Even though they were pretending that I was appreciated and valued for my work, they laid me off like a piece of cake. Laid off at least 5 folks in a day and kept their favorite ones employed.

      - Office view - Good teammates (Excluding the Product Team and C-suites)

      Cons

      - Directionless higher ups - Lack of decision transperancy in such a small company - 3 Rounds of layoffs because of higher up's mismanagement. - One in late 2022 (6-7people) - One in mid 2025 (10 people) - One in early 2026 (3 people) - Awful to none benefits...
