Pros

Being able to work from home

Cons

Poor teams leaders. Poor onboarding of new customers. Severe lack of documentation & system designs. Poor handovers from projects to support teams. Inadequate access to customers systems. No sharing of knowledge. More focused on certificates than real experience. I could go on. Hands down the worst company I've worked for in years.

Pros

This company used to be a small, people-focused organization, and I truly enjoyed working there during that time. There was a genuine sense of care for employees, and it felt like everyone mattered. It was a supportive environment where collaboration and respect were part of the culture. I have some great memories from those days and appreciated being part of a team that felt more like a community.

Cons

However, since being acquired by another company, the culture has changed significantly and poor management in general and communication are awful. It’s now run more like a large corporation, and unfortunately, it feels like employees have become just numbers on a spreadsheet. The personal touch and care that once made it a great place to work have been lost. I guess that is the downside of going big.
