Outside of the pandemic of course, there is a lot of job security. Bonuses at the end, and sometimes throughout the year. Potential for learning for movement if you're open to it.
Cons
Insurance has gotten worse and more expensive with each passing year. Your experiences on the job are really dictated by the client. If you're on a job where the client is helpful and understanding, it's great. If they're toxic and abusive, that's what you're going to get. The company doesn't really have its own company culture at the job sites. Career movement is kind of decided for you, if you were interested in one thing but they had something else in mind for you, tough luck.
