Poorly run company - Anonymous employee Tishcon Employee Review

Most employees English is a second language communication is very poor. People tend to speak in their primary language. It’s a very small group of interrelated employees, family and friends from India and Bangladeshi. Pay is laughable and management’s response is if you don’t like it leave so that’s what I’m doing. Benefits are extremely expensive vacation 1 week after a year 2 weeks at 2 years and a maximum of 3 weeks. They don’t pay holidays during probationary period and no option to work them.
