You get paid on time and it is a salary, if they don't place you on a temporary layoff

The company does not care about the individuals desire to grow. They also have a limited engagement from upper management and HQ. The salary is lacking and their core views are not transparent throughout the company. It's great that they have changed what they are striving for, but there isn't any action. Health care benefits are expensive and cover very little.
