Former EVP of Sales/Opps (newly promoted President) is strong visionary. Has real passion for the company.Company will continue to go far with his continued leadership. Chip Wood, owner, is a humble and down to earth person who truly cares about his employees. When he walks in the door, you would never expect who you see. Both of these leaders very driven and have high expectation but are a truly a pleasure to work for.
Cons
Growing very fast, this is good and bad. Many employees feel that growth of company is more important that the employees themselves. Some of this is natural human element of resistence to change. But too much change in a short time creates fear in existing talent if not communicated and delivered effectively even with the best of intentions.
