Most coworkers are nice - it is a small town so some ignorant comments will be made. Benefits are decent.

The company engrains a “family atmosphere” but they are quite ruthless - if they decided they don’t like you. Head of Marketing & head of HR are departments/people to avoid. Classic case of “why isn’t this ready yet?” when they told you not to do it. No support for growth, petty behaviour from full grown adults, and no accommodations or care for life’s emergencies. Truly awful environment.

Management can be toxic some times
