Pros
TippingPoint is a leader in the IPS security space. It is a great product line for commercial enterprises and SMBs. Fairly easy to use technology and very few false positives.
Cons
Very difficult working environment with the HP merge and then adding two additional security companies to the mix. For the Federal team, we did not have the certifications required to sell into most DOD agencies. i have heard that has changed.
