they have a Union. Management are nice and respectful to employees and its easy to move up career wise if your committed to the company

the location is quite rural and had housing market to get into and very limited amenities.

Day work 8am - 5pm

No work life balance as you were expected to work past your contracted hours without overtime pay. Basically on call at all hours including weekends. Senior management didn't see any issue with it or if issues were made, they were shut down or ignored
