Pros
There are a few sales leaders here who really believe in you as a person and do what they can to help you succeed. These leaders are very knowledgeable and stand out as bright spots.
Cons
No transparency, even when providing information it is full of half truths. There is not enough pipeline for the number of sales reps blindly added. Reps with poor performances get rewarded with gift opportunities to close. These “reps” went 6-9 months in some cases without any closed business. Several sales managers have so much inexperience that they hinder success. The inexperience leads to severe micro management. Upper sales management clearly plays favorites, it’s painfully obvious when looking at the load balance of inbounds. Lastly, sales reps are being punished for speaking their mind and trying to make things better. Anyone who speaks up gets a huge target on their back.
