If you're the sort of person who is motivated by a commission sales pay structure then you'll like working here.
Cons
These are shark infested waters. Salespersons are expected to act hostile toward one another, while pretending to be civil. I've heard more than one senior executive suggest that sales staff need to be 'hungry' in order to be successful on the sales floor. They've created a culture of fear and intimidation in place of a team environment.
