Pros
Tip-Top Brain offered me a strong sense of community and a network of amazing individuals with a passion for education. Creativity and initiative is both fostered and recognized by management. Moreover, Tip-Top gives employees plenty of opportunities to develop new skills in and outside of the classroom.
Cons
Working remotely posed some challenges, but even this was handled impressively by management at Tip-Top.
