Very Good Work Culture. Cannot get anything better if you want to stay in Ahmedabad and pursue career in Investment Banking / Fixed Income. The profile offered is more similar to the one pursued by IIMs into the field. They are the only one in the entire Gujarat providing such opportunity. Looking to the size of the company / group, they are ranked all India No. 9 with respect to private placement of debt issuances. Management is really supportive and encouraging. Good HR policies. Very Good Pay Master and more better incentive & performance bonus policies

The market are closed on all Saturdays. However, in view of the banking holidays, they have holidays on 2nd and 4th Saturday only. The other two saturdays are for kept for reviews and performance evaluation, sometimes even for motivational programs
