Pros
Work culture is great! There is work life balance as the company organises trips & parties often to release our work stress. We get to learn a lot of new things & gain experience as we can take up multiple roles in the company.
Cons
As it is a startup, we had to work on a couple of weekends before. But I can't term it as cons as all the startups do this in the initial phases of growth. Currently we work only 5 days a week & timings is quite flexible.
