Very Special Onboarding - Sales Development Representative Tinyclues Employee Review

It only took two weeks from the first contact with the company till the signed contract. I saw the position on LinkedIn, to which I replied around 10 o'clock in the morning and on the same day I had my first Interview with the Sales Director. This already showed me the high flexibility of an young, dynamic company. The days after I had two Skype Interviews with the HR in Paris and SVP of Sales. They asked me a lot about my motivation and why I have chosen a StartUp. After Signing the contract the start was ASAP, starting with a three days onboarding in Paris, to learn a lot about the product, the team and the culture in this company. I am very glad to be here.
