Pros

The team is incredibly intelligent, yet still humble and always willing to lend a hand. Although the team is remote and global, the desire and effort to build a strong company culture is front and center. The product vision is exciting and clear, which can be rare at such an early stage startup. As a CE, you get the opportunity to help customers solve problems throughout their entire journey. The primary focus is long-term customer success, not short-term financial gain.

Cons

As with any early stage company, there is a lot going on at once. It is a constant challenge to maintain a sharp focus on the most important, value-add activities.

Pros

A great product. Smart and helpful colleagues.

Cons

They laid off 50% of the company in January 2025. There seems to be a lack of direction, lots of misdirection, and building things that are half-baked and sometimes abandoned. The marketing department is a complete mess. It would benefit them if they sourced engineering and founders as authors of their more technical content.
