      Co workers are very motivating, work culture is good, flexible working hours, output is what matters.

      Management is not uni directional, Lack of communication within the company, no cross functional activities.

      Pros

      Great team! Really friendly and helpful co-founders... The team is very motivated to take on the task they have taken. Also their new office, which was there around the time I left, was also too amazing!

      Cons

      It was a small startup when I joined so all the cons of a startup vs a big company. That being said, I never ever felt any regrets while working as an intern there.
