Pros

Good benefits. Monthly potlucks. Advancement opportunities. PTO. Staff incentives.

Cons

High turnover rate. They have been “working” on ending favoritism for years. GOSSIPING and bullying! Admin turns a blind eye to it. Short staffed and classrooms at full capacity. Lead teachers don’t get support when needed. This is not a place for people with strong values. The company cares more about the money than their employees or the children. Their “core values” is a facade for how they truly treat their employees. Senior management will say they want to give the best to their staff, but will give you the cold shoulder when you ask for support.

Pros

Lots of opportunities for growth, trainings you can take to get additional raises. I would say it pays better than other schools in the area. Admin cares about the wellbeing of staff and children.

Cons

Stingy with PTO and may give you a hard time for calling out sick.

Pros

The kids are amazing, truly the only thing that kept me going in each day. I do believe that they want to create a safe and beautiful environment for the kids. The intention of the company is admirable.

Cons

I wish they cared for their employees the way they do for the kids, even the tiniest bit. Constant burnout, was asked to do work beyond what I was paid to do, was called to come into work to help close while I was sick at home. I couldn’t afford the healthcare offered based off what my hourly pay was. Had to pay out of pocket each time I wanted to come back to work after being sick so I could have the required doctor’s note. It ended up costing me money to try and keep my job. It took a solid month after leaving for my health to improve.
