      Good and solid technoliges, strong engineering team, and nice pay checks.

      Cons

      Too many talkers, and too few doers right now. No career opportunities for employees, Hire a lot of average management from outside.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
