      Pros

      Management listens to you. WFH is a permanent policy and you can go to office whenever you wish to. They'll pay you well if they feel you are good. Great work lifer balance and pressure is minimal for a Support job.

      Cons

      Appraisals can be not so great. Not much directions to grow.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
