      Proven technology, new leadership, great team members, not micromanaged.

      Cons

      Having to explain old Tintri filing Chapter 11. The acquisition by DDN. DDN certainly would not have purchased Tintri if they did not see the value in us as a company and our technology.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
