      CEO and board made terrible business decisions with IPO execution, resulting in the company's current state, and continue to execute on the same decisions Company is hemorrhaging talent and money Morale is at a low point across the entire company

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
